Our Guarantee
Your complete satisfaction is how we measure our success. We stand behind our promise of providing skilled, vetted employees who are a cultural fit for your organization. If you’re not happy, we haven’t done our job.
To ensure your satisfaction, Preferred gives a three-month guarantee for direct hire placements. If the employee leaves or is terminated during the first 90 days of employment, we will find a suitable replacement.
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the performance of a Preferred temporary employee, please notify us immediately. We will replace that person as soon as possible. If you notify us by noon on the second day of an assignment, you will not be billed for the employee who is being replaced.
